Hi there. My name is mike and on November 4 a case was closed in my favor. EBay Customer Support says I have been initiated a refund of $ 23.00 back to my PayPal funding source that I used to purchase an item. It has been more than 48 hours and the refund has not process to my paypal account. The fact is that during the purchase there was no option to purchase thru pay pal and after reviewed eBays' WORRY-FREE SHOPPING money back guarantee; I made the purchase with my discover credit card. I checked my credit card account and also, no refund. I found ebay money back guarantee questions and answers. Do I need a PayPal account to make an eBay Money Back Guarantee request? answer: No. eBay Money Back Guarantee covers other electronic payment methods as well, when they are used in eBay Checkout, including ProPay, Skrill, Bill Me Later, credit card, and debit card. I was given the option to call or recieve a phone call and a third, to Get answers from eBay Community members.
