'ello. So, my account will become restricted if I don't resolve this problem. I've sent a copy of my romanian ID and letter for me from the goverment to prove my address. However, two weeks haved passed and the status is still 'Waiting for your response', but when I click resolve, the message says everythinhg is ok and that "Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within a few business days." I don't want to get my account closed. What to do? 😕
