  I have submitted what I can only assume is the thing it wants and have been told "a couple of days" which is nice and vague, so I can I expect another 3-4 weeks to pass without any communication?    I would like to know why I was told my limits were lifted when they actually aren't and what documents are actually expected for "an Extract from Trade Registry"   My experience with Paypal and their support so far has been dire. Lifting Limits on a company account: again: 4 week...

Hi, So this has been a long saga. I have been attempting to lift my limits for receiving for near 4 weeks now. I sent multiple emails, to which I got no response. I sent a Facebook message, to which I got a single response and silence. I phoned twice - the first time I was told within 24-72 hours which passed without nothing.   The second phone call was helpful and I was helped lifting my receiving limits - I also received an email notifying me these were lifted.   Why, then, do I today hit a receiving limit - which I was told was lifted?!    Also, what is meant by "Company Extract from Trade Registry" ? As I cannot find anything of this type on my account in Companies House. I have a certificate of incorporation but this does not contain a registered address.   Please just help once and for all please, this is getting to be a bit of a joke. Its even more infuriating that I'm trying to run a business here and everything seems geared to make it as hard as possible. ... View more
