hi i it seems like the seller is now trying too scamme me , i have file a chargeback claim with my done and now my bank is now done looking in too this and i have won the case with my bank but today when i log in i see this Step 7 - Credit card company evaluates case (Up to 75 days) The credit card company evaluates the information presented by PayPal on the seller's behalf. This review can take up to 75 days and PayPal will notify the seller by email when the case is decided. Any funds PayPal is able to recover will be returned to the seller. i find this all a little fishy too me has A the seller never ever shipped the phone too me and B his 1st refund got cancel and yes he did agreed too issue a refund has you can see i have proof that he agreed too issue a refund when i called paypal today they looked at there notes and they said he claim he has sent me the phone wish is not ture at all if he did sent it i would see a tracking # so i no for sure now that he is now trying too scam me too where he owes me and not the other way around so i wounder dos this all seem a little fishey too you ? could i get a paypal mode too look in too this and i this find this all vary vary fishy too me has it seems like am now getting scam for some in he never even shipped out too me has i cancel the order and i have proof above too show he issued a refund and it faild too get too me i do have a case with paypal has it was open when i file my chargeback claim with my bank so i been working with my bank and paypal on this claim i have won the case with my bank
