Hello, I am trying to buy a gift card through Paypal Gifts ($100Itunes if it matters) Paypal is giving me an error that it cannot be processed at this time. This is very frustrating, I have a verified account I have been using regularly for the better part of a year and I certainly have the funds. Does anyone know why this is?
