I need to change my primary email address! Purchace confirmations are being sent to a non existant email! I can't even make some purchases because the account has an old expired email that doesn't exist.   I am unable to change it or update it!   Calling paypal is an automated service that tells me to do what I can't. I can't edit my email, the computer is saying NO   I rang paypal and their bloody automated service instructed me to do what I've already tried a thousand times.   Why can't we speak to people when we phone..   GRRRRRRR   This is important because nice friendly BT have pulled the plug on the BT email I had, so It''s vanished!!   It's important I change the **bleep** thing but It's too frustrating trying to deal with robots and a site that wont allow me to change my bloody password!!!!   And I don't even know why I'm writing this because you can't respond to the email you have from me, as it's gone!!!!!!!!!!  ...
