Paypal is apparently having major problems. I recently gave 2 refunds,and despite the fact that my PP account is linked to my bank both refunds took 17 days - and this only because I kicked up a fuss on the phone with customer services - if I hadn't done that, I'm sure my customers would still be waiting for their refunds.
