Paypal has the good fortune (which is created by good business, management, and hiring practices) to hire and deploy the skills of many exceptional people. Today I had the pleasure of speaking to their very best, Wendy. After discovering an issue with one of my Paypal cards and placing a call to manage the problem, I was greated with grace, empathy, and proactive action by Wendy. Wendy's phone presence made an upsetting situation take second seat and then disappear behind the confidence her knowledege and action inspires. Wendy alivated my concerns, fixed the issue, and left me a happy, and very grateful customer who is able to move on and enjoy the day.
