I've got document from my bank confirming that the money has been transferred to Paypal Europe. Unfortunately paypal have not credited the founds to my account or return the founds. I've send the transfer 21 days ago.  ... View more

Were you able to resolve the issue ? I'm in the same situation - topup my account 16 days ago and have not recieved the founds yet. Paypal stated that the funds cannot be located, bank stated (and provided details) that the transaction was succesful.  Dead End. 😞 ... View more
