I have followed all the rules to get out of this pending balance Ebay new seller thing, Ebay are actually asking me why the payments been held for. I spoke to PayPal on the phone who are saying it needs to be 25 transactions in the last 90 days, Ebay showing me I have sold 25 items in the last 60 days + I know I sold a few before then but can only see the last 60 days PayPal are saying no it needs to be within 90 days not 60 days I feel like I want to put a **bleep** driver in my ear to relax my head )+ this is insane! Ebay asking me why my payments being held, PayPal saying its Ebay I was chatting to Ebay whilst on the phone with PayPal and both of them are blaming each other Weelll least its made me laugh a lil that you cant say **bleep** driver on here though sc*ewdriver

Aw its been horrible, never using PayPal again )= I called both Ebay and PayPal and both confirmed the date to be the 9th November. I called PayPal the day before to make sure, I called in the morning for the manual release and the guy said yes no problem. After waiting a while called back to hear a "noooo its next week, I can't release anything till 8 working days from the day the buyer recieves it" Had to argue with a manager who wouldn't believe a word I say, said there's no chance I am releasing the funds today, but I made him listen to previous call's, then he went back on literally everything he said and released my funds but said I was being extremely rude. I started selling computers on Ebay and followed everything to the letter, Paypal told me on the phone yesterday I can have access to my money today and still says on hold. I really can't afford to continue and its driving me crazy because I am making money, only like £80 a week but I really want to grow that. I have good feedback and uploaded all the tracking info, I really just need my money now as I have no food and electric will cut out tomorrow. I appreciate your rules and I follow them but can you please follow what you say? Paypal you said today and I am depending on it so badly.

I have to keep ringing them again and again until you reach that 1 in 20 staff member that can actually help. Is there any way I can be directed straight to the UK based call center/maybe person I spoke to earlier if I ever have any future complaints/questions or advice? Thanks heaps Liam

How come you need to ring Paypal like 20 times for...
