I want to know how to file a complaint on PayPal, to someone in management that MAYBE can FIX a known issue.   The customer support people you message or call can only look at a screen, and rarely can give you any information beyond what the screen says. They are unable to tell you what needs to be done to fix an issue. It is not their fault, that is their job and the extent of their privilege, but there has to be a point after 2 months of calls and messaging that a higher department can take over and help tell me how to resolve and issue instead of being told----wait, it takes time.   Two months is TOO much time!! I do not understand why this isn't possible? PayPal is becoming a very convient way for me to check out when shopping online, except for when I choose to use my credit card. Very rarely can I remember which card is which, and since one is for business it is VERY important to not choose the wrong card. I wish there was a better place to give PP feedback, as it appears they do not have moderators reviewing and commenting on this thread or the other one I found on this subject. ... View more

I would like to use PP more now that more sites have that as an option for checking out. However, like someone else posted, it's pointless if I have to get my credit card out to figure out which one to choose when checking out with PP.
