So i was wondering if paypal can refund purchases i made during a Free to Play game? ill explain what happened so this game i am currently playing i made a few purchases having hope but the game is now slowly dying because the developers pretty much don't care about the game anymore and just took all the money and ran off, So i was wondering if i could charge back and actually win? and how would i go about it? it seems disputes i always lose disputes when i try to go against microtransactions because i dont know what section to put it under, So if anyone can help me that would be nice
