The PayPal mail server's IP address is blacklisted again: http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a173.0.84.227&run=toolpage This is what's causing the payment notification emails to not reach recipients. Someone please contact PayPal support and ask them when this recurring problem will be resolved.
