i have a paypal credit line of 2000 and it wont let me do anything with i've tried lot's of different things that paypal has told me like add anothewr card did and linked it add a bank did it linked it as well use only paypal merchants did that but i meesage or another all say cant use credit for this transaction. called customer service dozens of times aqnd they keep tell me that it's a security issue that they have no control over aqnd to establish a history i tell them how am i suppose to establish a history if it does'nmt let me use it HELP ANYONE
