So im really in debt and i just wont be able to pay the monthly bill on my paypal account. I have so much bills from car payments to insurance plus monthly rent on my house that its killing me. I need to pay my car payment and insurance in order for me to have transportation to work and i need to pay the rent on my house and i believe these are more important. I just dont have enough funds after paying those off every month to pay the bill for my paypal account. I know this is my fault for not being responsible but what i wanna know is, is there any way i can put this on hold? Or pay a smaller amount each month? Currently my paypal bill for each month is almost $200.
