ok going to try to make this short and sweet (not the sweet part), My situation is that Paypal locked me out before saying they wanted to protect and to confirm my account. The options I had was a phone number or security questions. I selected the questions and got in without a problem, now it's locked again but the question part isn't there and the only option is phone number. I no longer own any phones in my name to confirm my ID because I live abroad and when I try and call the help line I get the "you've reached a none working number" and I can't email them because obviously I can't log in. I need to confirm my ID and don't know how to get in touch to do so!! very fustrating!
