Im trying to purchase an item from ebay and im checking out with paypal however when i click pay now it just shows a blank page saying " please enter the requested information by your bank " but there is nothing there to enter its just a blank page then it relaods by itself and says we're sorry we cant send your payment right now this is only on ebay ive purchase many other stuff from different sites without problems
