This issue has been in PayPal message center for a full month (almost). No help is provided and almost all agents do not care for fixing the issue. In fact, I think they are robots not human being. Replies are automatic and in the same words. I need to transfer 74$ to an account. I have to send them from my balance (which is 74$ already). Whenever, I try to send them, I am forced to choose between my debit or credit cards. I cannot send from my balance! So, and regardless of how weird was that, I tried to withdraw the balance (74$) to my debit VISA card. However, the bank HSBC rejects so and will NEVER accept. HSBC doesn't receive money to debit card this way. So, please, do not recommend contacting the bank. They will not do anything. So, now... I have 74$ that I cannot use in any purchase using PayPal and I cannot withdraw them to my card(s)! I am stuck and you must help me. I need my money. My proposed solutions: 1. Allow me to withdraw the 74$ to my MasterCard credit card. It will work (I checked with the bank). 2. Allow me to send the money to the account mentioned above from my PayPal balance. 3. I can give PayPal my account number in Egypt (HSBC) and transfer the money with it (and I am willing to pay any fees). I gave all these solutions to PayPal support. There replies are automatic (and somehow insulting since they ignore my message completely!): In the meantime, I have reviewed your account and can see that you currently have an Egyptian account, therefore the only method we use to pay is your Visa Card, your PayPal balance is only available for withdraw. If you require any further assistance, please contact us again on + 353 1 526 4494 from Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT. and another reply: In the meantime, I have reviewed your account and can see that the amount of$74,00 USD to your Credit Card ending with XX73 and it is Reversed by your Credit Card issuer.
