Did you get anywhere with resolving this issue? I have now got the same problem. I have had my Paypal account for a long time and have been using it for my business, which like yours is a standard partnership, and everything has been running fine. Now this sudden limitation and being asked to provide a company registration! I cannot get any resplies to emails, customer services do not answer the phone & there is no help via facebook either! I am stuck wihout being able to access my funds!
