Hello, the seller refunded my money, and it already showed in my paypal transaction. But i lost my debit and i requested a new debit card. So i am now using my new debit card. But the seller refunded to my old debit card. I checked my bank account but there is no transaction about a refund. Can anyone help me with that? Thank you
