Have been using reader fro few months at W/e normally funds cleared on the Tuesday. On the Interchange charging system. been nearly 2 weeks. I have called, emailed & raised complaint. Had no formal response from Paypal but phone operatives say they have and I quote a 'bug' in the interchange system that they are working on- allegedly! Just seems odd as there are no communications from them on their site and can offer no resolution time. I know they can hold money if new customer etc but I do not fit into these categories. Anyone else in UK having the same issue or am I just being lied too- either way may be contacting Financial Ombudsman today. Thanks for reading 🙂
