I hae a pending balance for an item that shipped, w/tracking number, and was delieverd 9/13. Why is this still "Pending"? I have never had this occur previously. This was an ebay transaction. Ebay transaction shows "delivered". Tracking number, via usps shows "delivered". What gives?
