Hello, I have recently purchased a POS system from star micronics (a company recommended as compatable with the paypal here software) and I have had some issues. Sometimes the receipts print but most of the time is will print yards of code then when it does print it won't cut the reciept. I know that second part sounds like a lame complaint but the tech at star mircronics said that since its not a tear model that pulling on the reciept could damage the printer. He also said that since the test receipts print and cut properly that it is a command error or missing command error from the software. I have contacted customer service and they sent a ticket to IT and said they would contact me about 2 days ago... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
