My case is worse. I can't send any payments from me PayPal account, For the last 5 weeks or so l have been on the phones between PayPal and my bank and they are both saying that all is workinb fine and there is no any kind of restrictions on my account in order to make payments. I am just about to give up and close my PayPal account as this is so frustrating. How can no one have the answer to this. ...?
