I'm trying to verify my account, but in order to do so I need to provide proof of address. The only listed proof of address is a utility bill, which I do not have. I'm 18 so I'm not breaking any PayPal guidlines, but I still live with my parents so a utility bill would not be in my name. I have a letter from my college with my name and address printed, as well as a letter from my state Department of Public Safety (when I recieved my driver's license) with my name and address as well, but neither are dated, though I recieved them both within the last 30 days. Would either be acceptable sources of proof of address, or am I hopeless as to prove where I live?
