** JUST GOT MY EMAIL - Title was 'We Are Sorry.' As per on of the previous messages here, it re-itterated this. PAYMENT in the next 24hrs and the issue will be sorted by the end of the week .... business back to normal. Only issue will be persuading our customers to use PAYPAL after all this bad publicity. YES, I saw this one this morning. Here is part 2 from STUFF 18mins ago - LINK. Another interesting read. NZH also just posted a part 2 - LINK and also NEWS HUB, which reads similar to the original STUFF post. So reading the latest story, we should get our $ tonight and the the fix sorted by next week. QUESTION, how is it that no one from PAYPAL has posted here ..... Hi ...... what with the recent post on STUFF now and the various posts on FACEBOOK, it looks like we have an issue in NZ. I posted on another PP Community page, that was ranked and listed on Google. I must say, since dealing with Paypal since 2011 they have been good, 10 large payments transfered to us in the past 90 days, normally in 24 or 48 hours, the processes were getting faster and more efficient, as they should. We withdrew on the 5th Sept and are still waiting and have done another today.  I have found one post from Paypal on the main forum page offering an explanation .... lets hope they rectify efficiently and quickly. I have spoken to our bank and accountant and the issue is at the paypal end, it is a glitch.  ... View more

I just did a search on GOOGLE and this post came up on page one, so I just thought I would add to it. Until recently PAYPAL has been so efficient, sometimes if I do a transfer request, first thing (in the morning) the money is in our account the following day. On average its 2 days though. In my opinion it should be like this as banking improves around the world, even here in NZ, we can recieve payments from customers upto 4 or 5 times a day. I last withdrew $1000 on Monday last week, and a week later and the money is still not in our account. I have emailed PAYPAL and I am waiting for a reply. I really dont want to change this, but we cant wait 7 days or more for our $, thats just not right. I hope this is a one-off. ... View more
