Hello ,i just received an email whhere Paypal Say i am under 18 years old ,i just sent YOU a picture with my identity card ..YOU have limited my right to link a new credit card on my PayPal account ..i am Waiting from 180 days to withdraw my Money and Now When 180 days has passed i can not link a new credit card ..i need to link a new credit card in order to withdraw my Money because the old one is not valid anymore ..Please help me in Order to withdraw my Money since i Waited 180 days Thank YOU very much !George
