Hello, I have a question regarding the setup and the withdrawing of money in Nicaragua using PayPal. I recently worked with a friend of mine in Nicaragua and told him to create a PayPal account. He used his Nicaraguan bank number to pair it with his PayPa account. However, when I sent him the money, he cannot withdraw the money or transfer it to his bank. So my question is, how does he get around that? Does getting a PayPal debit card and then withdrawing from an ATM work? Does he have to switch banks? How does he set it up to he can receive cash from American, and possible international banks into his PayPal account and then withdraw that money?
