Hello, Community I hope everyone is fine, I have one very big problem my paypal was not working properly from last year september, the issue is that every time when i forward money to my visa card it was reversing, and paypal charge me transfer fee . Is any one any suggestion about it to resolve this problem before that there is limitation on my account, Now i call several time to paypal customer service but they said the issue is not on over hand, I also contact with my bank they said we also dont have any issue.
