Specifically, can I not accept a donation until I've seen who it is that is potentially donating? The situation is this: a streamer on Twitch apparently received a $1,000 donation only to learn a few days later that the donater's account did not have the money I.E. The donation was fake and used to prank the streamer. Can the donation be viewed first before accepting to avoid potential back charges?
