hello, I sold the jacket tweed and the buyer open the case by saying if the items not as describe but when I tell her my items excellent and nothing wrong with it, and she say sorry the reason is her mom buyer don't like the color because she was thinking the color is red but I describe my items as multicolor not red color, than she say sorry about it, and I tell her not need to **bleep** my reputation by telling lie to ebay because you don't like my item, and she say sorry because a buyer don't know how to get refund so why she said my item not as describe so she can get refund, than I tell her you can return the item if you don't like it without lie and than she close the case herself. Now she want refund the money and report me to pay pal, I'm confuse, I try to get help from community ebay but I did not get answer yet, so what I can do now, I don't want ebay Charge me for fees, because the buyer should be in charge because she return my item just because she don't like it, so, I don't know what to do. May be I can call ebay tomorrow. Please help me. This buyer lie to ebay and pay pal just because her mom don't want my item asnd she want refund the money minus shipping and minus fees to ebay. because she just don't like my item. thank you
