greetings, i recieved an other item from what i ordered, so after the seller refused to refund me, i switched the dispute to a claim. paypal asked me to send the wrong item back(there was an address which i gave to the postman), and ofc they asked for a valid tracking number.which i did. also,few days later, TELUS refund me for sending the package back to the seller. but so far, and since 1st of August,the status of the package is still : SEND ITEM ABROAD so, here is the problem.today i login to the paypal to see what is the progress, and i found out that the paypal decided to close my case, and to NOT refund me! ""The tracking information you provided was invalid and we were unable to confirm delivery of the item associated with this claim. As a result, the case is now considered closed and we are unable to process a refund. We encourage you to work directly with the seller to find a resolution."" what infos was "invalid"??? how to comfirm a delivery since the status is still "SEND ITEM ABROAD"??? so, they closed the case,they WONT refund me, PLUS, the scammer seller will pick the package i sent, when it will arrive!!!!!!! the seller DIDNT want to refund me,so thats why the dispute switched to claim.paypal thinks the seller will refund me now after they closed my case??????????????? so let me get this........... paypal protects and supports the scammers???? buyers and/or sellers??? how am i suppose to get my money back? where is the "protection" that paypal keeps advertising all the time????? can some1 explain to me what i can do now???? ty.
