Is anyone else having their transfers from PayPal account to bank account take longer this week? Normally when I transfer before 9:30pm, the funds arrive in my bank account by the next day. But funds I transfered this past Sun 8/28 took until Tues 8/30. OK that's back to how long it took 2 years ago. But today (Wed), funds I transfered early in the morning this past Monday are still not in my account today. Huge problem. In 8 years with PayPal, it has never once taken more than 2 days during the week. Would this be an issue with PayPal? Or is it my bank that is taking longer?
