I'm getting the same message, and pretty much the same answer from everyone. When I called customer service, I was told that you have to have the account for 30 days before you can make a deposit. Well, I've now had the account longer than that. I'm beginning to wonder if I need to find another place to do my business. Constant run around and no help.
