Hi Andy, What about if my purchase (in USD) was from the credit card registered in my account but I want the refund to stay in my account as paypal balance? Because there is a lost of 8 - 10% when converted back to my home currency. I think many people would like this option. It wouldn't take long before we do a second purchase using the USD balance.
