Hi Everyone, I'm new here and I've had a PayPal account for less than a year I need help in trying to prevent someone from trying to send me money can I block them if I know their email account. The reason I need to block them from sending me money is they lied about living in the US when they made an offer on an e-commerce site I already cancelled the request for payment which was originally sent to an older email this person was using and that's when I find out they actually live in the UK and expect me to honor a sale made for delivery within the US. Well I'm not interested in being taken advantage so want to make sure they don't try and send me money on their own, even if they sent me money I would return it but I rather just block them for good if possible.
