Hi thank you for your reply i asked eBay for a refund as the item was faulty eBay said i had until the 5th of December to resolve it with the seller but the seller has done every thing in his power to avoid a refund although he did offer me £30 to get it repaired but the item cost me £100 so i declined the offer. now i just want ebay to settle it for me but can't find out how to do it.

Hi my name is Martin (Puppyegg123), I have a dispute with a seller the item i received was faulty, I have spoken to the seller but have got no ware, it says that if i have not resolved the issue with the seller i can ask eBay or papal to intervene on my behalf to settle this matter but i can't find out how to do it i have followed the instructions in the help section but what its asking me to do is not there (IE) ask eBay to intervene can you explain what i need to do please?
