I bought an iWatch on eBay. I was regularly commnicating with the seller about it. The iWatch was locked to an account. I tried to coach the seller throught the process of removing it from their account. I expected the situation to be resolved. The situation as not been resolved. I have a useless iWatch. Do I have any recourse at all from PayPal or eBay? I acted in good faith all along and used ebay messages to communicate. Any help would be great thanks!
