Hi, I have recently issued a refund request against a seller that did not send out my items for 2 months. Apperently I won it after I took it up with Ebay but on the email I got it says Subtotal: $33 Total:$33 Refund to visa debit card: $4 From amount 59,65 BGN ( as I payed in Bulgarian Lev) To amount 33$ Exchange rate 1BGN = 0,545096 U.S Dollars. My question is, why is my "Refund to Visa Debit Card" lower than my original price Ive payed and is this supposed to concern me? When I click the case details it says both items (from the same seller) were refunded but yet it shows me only a 4$ refund? Can someone please explain this to me, am I wrong, is it supposed to be like this and what should I do? Thanks, Valentina
