I returned an item and after receiving the item the seller opened a dispute and had paypal revert the refund that already had been issued. Paypal send me a mail saying they ruled in favor of the seller. Now my account is "limited" and Paypal says I owe them money. I really don't want to deal with Paypal anymore, but I can't find how to pay the balance on my account so it can be closed. I called and spent 70 minutes in a phone queue. I am looking for any other way to pay this money into my account. Anyone?
