Hello I love been using a travel card for some years to purchase on ebay with paypal but just recently my card would not work soo I checked my paypal everything was as it was before the address the phone number the card holdername the 3 digit code. And it still didn't work soo I deleted it put the card back on paypal it did not work I tried this about three times thinking I might of done something in error but now it's tell me. I've exceeded the number of times you can attempt to confirm your mastercard and it would not let me confirm my card. So my question is do I have to wait a certain amount of days or hours please help I need it so I can get my car parts I need. Thanks in advance.
