The alternative to use the following steps still doesn't work -because I can't locate the 'view limits' button on the Paypal Page: 1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click "View Limits" next to "Sending and Withdrawal Limits" under your name. 3. Click "Remove limits by identity confirmation". 4. Click "Remove Limit".
