Long story short; Bought an item from eBay, I used the wrong address, seller hasn't shipped yet & is supposed to be messaging tomorrow with a refund and a transaction cancellation request. I paid with a VISA DEBIT card (linked to PayPal of course). IF the seller refunds me tomorrow, how long is the wait until I can use the refunded amount to purchase the item again? I really need it (and need to know ASAP)... Thank You!!!
