We just moved and I am trying to change the address for all of my cards on my Paypal to the new one. I have already changed the address through all the banks. I am in the US and these are US cards: Visa and Mastercard. Not ONE let me change my address. It gave me the error: This card is not accepted. Please use a different card. Really? I already changed my "primary" address through settings. When I go to the drop down to change it in each card, it has my new address. I even tried to retype my address in case the drop down is what is giving the error. This seems a little insane! I already removed one (to test) and tried to re-add it thinking it would fix my issue... NOPE. Anyone else having this issue? They are NOT new cards. I was just editing to change the address.
