Hello all This is My first post on here so I hope I am in the right place . I am hoping to purchase some car parts from a seller we have been in communication via email for couple of weeks and he has sent photos of the part's i want to buy we got in touch with each other through a web forum where we are both members and a price has been agreed that includes VAT and postage. The seller wants me to pay using PayPal, he has sent me his PayPal email address so I can forward payment. What I need to know is this safe ? If he doesn't send the goods or I don't receive them what options do I have? Would I be covered by PayPal? Is there anything I should obtain from him before I pay?
