order placed with seller on the 23/7/16 & paid through PAYPAL & this is where the crunch comes in as I have dealt with PAYPAL for along long time andpayment was taken after a period of time when PAYPAL assumed that the goods had been received, but in this case they took the payment the next day 24/7/16 without applying the usual PAY LATER. In the meantime the seller sent me a message that the item was still in my basket , so I sent them a messagethat I have paid for the item and I have the order number etc but so far no reply
