I need help. I am a long time Paypal user (2001) and i used to love their service - now I'm not so sure. Paypal Smart Connect started great, but this weekend it's been disaster. I have a vendor with a funding source set to Paypal Smart Connect. I made a purchase, but it ignored my rule and drew against my bank account, overdrafting me severely to the point it might take weeks to get out of debt. ITs only fair that since I can show them proof that the rule was in place and that their was funds available on my Smart Connect, that I get credited/financially compensated one way or another. I can't get anyone at Paypal to help me, apparently everyone thinks its not their department. I'm distressed and close to closing everything with Paypal down.
