I had an email a few days ago to say that I was at $1800 and nearing my $2500 limit so would be required to log into the resolution centre and resolve this. I did this immediately by sending in photographs of my passport and a utility bill. I have now had some payments made into my account but when I tried to withdraw them to my bank account it would not let me stating there were limits on my account. Apart from the fact that I have already complied and given Paypal the details they requested, the amount I am trying to withdraw is not enough to take me anywhere near the $2500 they stated I was allowed. So why am I not able to access my money and why am I being sent this information in $ when I live in the UK and we deal in £. Could anyone please help as I need this money asap! Thanks!
