In other words its practically impossible, when it's a international transaction. Why can't PayPal be the collector when the court of buyer's country give the verdict to seller to pay for damages?? ... View more

Paypal agreement says "We and our Related Bodies Corporate will not be liable to you for any Consequential Loss or for loss or damage of any kind resulting from or in connection with negligence or breach of a term, condition or warranty that may otherwise be implied into this Agreement, including any such loss arising out of or in connection with our website, our Services or this Agreement"   anyway, whenever there is a refund, the seller is liable, not paypal or lelated bodies.   So what is the proper way to claim for consequential damages, caused by basic defect of the product purchased.   Because; otherwise these seller can sell defective items to damage your items; then as a result refund the item cost. and subsequently sell something to fix that damaged caused at a higher price. therefore they should be liable for consequential damages. its the justice ...
