Thank you for replying. Yes, I checked with the credit union. They said that yes, I have entered the checking account information exactly correctly. They also informed me that when paypal requests an ACH, that the two prior times were from the checking account. As expected! I made sure my checking account had the funds necessary to pay the paypal credit card on the due date from the checking. But then the last time, paypal requested the ACH to come from the savings. As a courtesy to me, they transferred the finds from my checking to my savings in order to cover it. Can you please consistently request the ACH to be drawn from my checking account please???? I follow this protocol: I set up an online payment of the credit card monthly to get drawn from the account I set up with paypal, which is the checking account, not the savings account. So I ensure there are funds in the checking account when preparing this transaction with your credit card payment process. And I expect, then, paypal to ACH it from the checking account, not the savings account. I do not expect my credit union to call me and to apply overdraft fees to me for having bad ACH requests come through on my account! Can you please see to it that the ACH is done through the checking account from here on out? Do I have to call someone in order to do this? If so, please provide the number and the extension. Sincerely, cmfrh
